Chief Executive Officer & Founder
A licensed RN with over 25 years in home health and respite care, Dr. Simmons founded BKS Village with a singular vision: every family deserves a trusted place to turn when caregiving becomes overwhelming.
Marcus J. Williams
Chief Operating Officer
Marcus brings 18 years of healthcare operations experience, having scaled multiple home care agencies across the Southwest. He oversees day-to-day operations, host home networks, and quality assurance programs.
Angela R. Torres, RN
Chief Nursing Officer
Angela leads all clinical programs, caregiver training, and care quality standards. With a background in geriatric and pediatric nursing, she ensures every guest receives care that meets the highest clinical benchmarks.
